• Order notification services on WhatsApp and SMS.

Some advertising platforms process data outside the Kingdom, and we follow the rules on transferring personal data abroad.

• Account data: while your account is active; deleted if you ask to close it.
• Invoices and order records: 6 years, as required by the VAT law.
• After that, data is destroyed or anonymised.

• Know what data we hold about you and why.
• Get a copy of it.
• Correct any wrong data.
• Ask for deletion when no longer needed, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time via the unsubscribe link or by messaging us.

We respond within 30 days at most after verifying your identity.

7. Data protection

The site is encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for orders and customer service. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
