By purchasing from ProSupps (psupps.net) you agree to these terms. The store is subject to the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Products
- All our products are original.
- Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and are not a treatment. Consult your doctor before use if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.
- Follow the dosage and directions on the product.
- Images are for illustration; packaging may differ if the manufacturer changes it, provided the product, size and flavour are the same.
2. Prices and offers
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and shown including 15% VAT at checkout.
- The binding price is the price at order confirmation.
- Offers are limited to available stock and the offer period, and we may limit the maximum quantity per customer.
- Discount codes do not apply to discounted items or bundles unless stated otherwise.
- Clearance (outlet) items are discounted because their expiry is near, and the date is shown before purchase. See the Returns Policy.
- If an obviously wrong price appears due to a technical error, we will contact you before shipping and you can complete the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
- We accept mada, credit cards, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and instalments via Tabby and Tamara under their terms.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- Payments are processed by licensed payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
- An electronic tax invoice is issued with your order.
4. Orders and cancellation
- An order is concluded after payment and the confirmation message.
- If an item runs out after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
- Cancellation is free before shipping; after shipping the Returns Policy applies.
- We may cancel an order suspected of fraud or intended for resale, with a full refund.

6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login code and mobile number secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
